SPIRAL EYE NEEDLE

Spiral Eye Needle
Has anyone ever tried these needles? I just found these and they look interesting. I can still see pretty good close up to thread my needle, but these would be wonderful for those of you that find it a little difficult to do. Click The Spiral Eye Needle to find out more info. I would like to purchase a package just to try one out. They are around $5.50 (I think that is for a single needle).

Interesting. I've never seen them before but you're right - seems like they'd be great for someone with limited movement in their hands, or shaky hands or those vision impaired folks.

Wow, I didn't know of these. What a great invention for those who find it difficult to thread the normal way. Looks less fiddly and quick to do.

Very cool! I had not seen those before. Luckily I can still thread my needles with ease but it's good to know they are out there for when the times comes that I can't!

I haven't seen the sprital ones. I did used to have one that had a v in the end and a slit and you just snapped the thread in. I don't know what happened to it but I miss it. My nother-in-law gave it to me and I have no idea where she got it.

I meant spiral. Sorry.

Someone used their noodle. Interesting concept. I wonder if it works as well in practice.

I have heard about these. They were in some catalog I get, but I've never tried them out nor know of anyone that does. If you order some, let us all know how they work out. My eyes are getting old and they look like a snap to thread.

Interesting needle! I haven't seen them before, but it looks like a good idea.

And I really like NFF's HoeHoeHoe. Very cute. I'm looking forward to seeing your work on it!

I saw those but haven't tried them yet. I figure since my vision is 20/20 I might as well keep threading my needle myself until I can't anymore :o) LOL!

Innovative needle! And I see they have tapestry needles too! The next time I go to Hobby Lobby, I'll take a closer look at them. If 26 tapestry are in stock and I have a coupon, I may pick one up to try.
